The Richard A. Keen Memorial Scholarship
The Richard A. Keen Memorial Scholarship is intended for any student who is furthering their education in the emergency services field or is currently actively involved with a local emergency department.

2007 Recipient
Name: Nick Weaver
Information: Nick has been a firefighter with the Newtown Fire Association since he was 16. Nick plans to attend Bucks County Community College to study Fire Science in the hopes of becoming a professional firefighter.
2005 Recipient
Name: Michael Krauss
Information: Michael has been a member of the Upper Makfield Fire Company for four years, a new recruit in the Fire Department of Montgomery Township, and an EMT with the Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad. Michael plans to attend Franklin and Marshall College, and is currently in the process of applying to the Fire Department of New York City.
